Often described as a free spirit and loving individual, Kysa Ann is a huge advocate for skin care regarding best practices and product usage. Kysa Ann’s superb knowledge in this field provides IBG with a strong and trusting foundation for clients, participants, and supporters. Though makeup is a love amongst the group, Kysa Ann ensures that it is done with a proper base for long-term benefits. As a mother of four, Kysa Ann has mastered the juggle of motherhood and entrepreneurship while encouraging and inspiring those around her with a “can do” mentality.

Tyra Perry is a Makeup Artist thriving in the arena of business and creativity. Outside of makeup, Tyra own’s T’s  Unlimited. This is the parent company of several small creative subsidiaries, including Tyra Perry Makeup Artistry. In a professional setting, Tyra has experience in HR and Recruitment, which attributes to her overall skills of working with people and providing superb customer service to all clients, customers, and participants. Tyra also founded the former non-profit organization, “No Trainin’ Wheels Foundation”, an organization focused on women’s empowerment and mental health. With all of these facets, Tyra brings a unique skillset to IBG to aid in its’ overall mission, vision, and goals.

Kersten Mixon is a makeup enthusiast and founder of The Kook Book, an up and coming cosmetics brand, offering a large variation of soul-food inspired products and makeup services, specializing in soft glam looks. Kersten is also a top tier Project Coordinator for Cash App, where she has garnered skills for extreme organization and event planning and management. Additionally, Kersten has devoted a portion of her career to the nonprofit world in the Greater St. Louis area. Kersten, affectionately known as “Kookie”, has meshed her love for makeup artistry, youth development, and project management, bringing a special skill set to Iconic Beauty Group.
